This Beautiful and spacious three story large cabin is located in Deer Water Lake and has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, Hot Tub, Wi-Fi, two grills: gas and charcoal, two docks, fire pit, and sleeps up to 12 guests.
2 of the bedrooms have 1 king bed each, the 3rd bedroom has two Queen beds, and the 4th bedroom has four full beds as bunk beds.
The 1st floor master bedroom features a king bed, Large flat screen smart TV, private access to the covered porch and hot tub. It has a Jack and Jill full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, shower, his and hers sinks and is shared with the the main floor. The main floor has an enormous open living room with high vaulted ceilings and windows that seem to reach into space, a large flat screen TV over a stone decorative fireplace, Sound system, plenty of couches and lounge chairs for all to relax. The beautiful kitchen has everything you could need with lots of cabinet space. It features a large wrap around counter with bar stool seating and has full amenities including: dishwasher, refrigerator with an ice maker, oven range with an over the range microwave with outside venting range hood, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, and a pantry, perfect for extended stays. Take in the view of the trees and the lake dock while enjoying a bite to eat at the dining table nestled adjacent to the kitchen. Outside the kitchen is a covered screened in porch with dining table, lounge chairs and propane grill for no rain out grilling. Outside of the covered porch is a large deck that wraps around three sides of the cabin the largest section facing Deerwater lake and the cabins two private docks with boats and kayaks for guests. The Hot Tub is nestled around the corner sheltered under roof. Cozy and private, the hot tub seats up to 5 and is perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds while soaking in the warm water. The second floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has two queen beds a large flat screen smart TV. The second bedroom has two bunk beds with 4 full sized beds. Both bedrooms have private clothes closets. The downstairs Level has the 4th bedroom, game room, full bath and laundry room. The bedroom features a king bed and shares a full bathroom with the game room. The game room area that has lounge seating, a dry bar with mini fridge and games, and a large Smart TV. Outside, Fishing poles and kayaks are available for use. Down the stairs from the deck is the fire pit with plenty of seating and sits beside a park style charcoal grill. Down the driveway towards the lake is a target range complete with metal targets and a bench for archery, pellet/bb or airsoft guns, nerf,, slingshots etc. ( Sorry no powder firearms I.E. smokeless/black powder etc.) On the lake are two private docks for fishing, swimming, lounging or kayaking. (No motorized watercraft.) We do ask that they are returned to the storage racks when you are done using them for the next guests.
